What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

How many guests can the condo accommodate?

The condo sleeps up to 4 guests (1 king-size bed plus a sofa bed).

Is there Wi-Fi and is it suitable for work?

Yes. The whole village has free Wi-Fi, powerful enough for streaming and working from a laptop. Please ask at Reception for the latest password.

How close is the beach?

It’s around a 5-minute walk (about 350–500 metres) to the quiet sandy beach and Dolphin Bay.

Are pets or smoking allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes and candles are not permitted.

What facilities are available?

Private roof terrace, shared 15m outdoor pool, gym, free resort bicycles, parking near the condo, and on-site Coconut Tree restaurant with dine-in and takeaway.

Where do I collect and return keys?

Keys are available from the 24-hour on-site Reception. Please return them there on departure.

What are the house rules?

Maximum occupancy 4; registered guests only; no parties/events; respect neighbours; dispose of rubbish in resort bins; follow pool rules; report any damage immediately via the booking portal; leave the property as you found it.

Getting To The Condo

Planning your trip to Beach Village Condo couldn’t be easier. Thailand is well connected with international airports, domestic flights, and excellent road and rail links. Whether you’re arriving from overseas or already exploring the country, you’ll find reaching us simple and stress-free.

Arriving from Overseas

Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi – BKK / Don Mueang – DMK)
Most visitors arrive in Thailand through Bangkok. Suvarnabhumi is the main international hub, with flights from Europe, the US, Asia, and the Middle East. From Bangkok, the condo is about a 3.5–4 hour drive south, making it the most convenient starting point.

Phuket International Airport (HKT)
Phuket welcomes flights from Asia, Australia, and Europe. From Phuket to the condo takes around 8–9 hours by car, so most visitors from Phuket prefer to fly into Bangkok first and transfer from there.

Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX)
If you’re combining northern Thailand with a beach break, Chiang Mai offers easy flights to Bangkok. From there, it’s a straightforward road or rail transfer to the condo.

Krabi International Airport (KBV)
Another southern hub, Krabi is about 7–8 hours by road from the condo. As with Phuket, the easiest option is usually to connect via Bangkok.

Travelling Within Thailand

Hua Hin
Hua Hin is just 45 minutes to 1 hour by car from the condo. It makes a great stopover point before arriving.

Pattaya
Located just two hours from Bangkok, Pattaya is about 5–6 hours by road from the condo.

Surat Thani
Surat Thani, gateway to Koh Samui, is around 6 hours away by car.

Popular Tourist Destinations & How to Reach Us

Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao
Ferries from these islands connect to Surat Thani or Chumphon. From there, the condo is about 5–6 hours away by road.

Ayutthaya
From Ayutthaya, return to Bangkok (about 1.5 hours) and then head south by car or train (approx. 4 hours).

Chiang Rai
Visitors to Chiang Rai usually fly to Bangkok and then continue south by road or rail.

From Bangkok Airport to the Condo

There are several convenient ways to travel from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) to Beach Village Condo:

Car Hire
You can hire a car directly from the airport. The drive is around 3.5–4 hours south along well-maintained highways. This is a good option if you want flexibility to explore the area at your own pace.
Taxi or Private Transfer
The easiest and most comfortable option is to book a taxi in advance. We recommend arranging transfers through Angel in Sam Roi Yot (+66 82 292 9220), who offers reliable service directly to the condo. Must be booked in advance.
Train
Trains run regularly from Bangkok’s Hua Lamphong and Bang Sue stations to Hua Hin. We recommend booking first-class tickets for air-conditioned comfort and reserved seating. From Hua Hin station, it’s about a 45-minute taxi ride to the condo.
